The goal of this article is to help you understand the key differences between LegalOn Contract AI and the LegalOn web app. We will explore the following questions:
1. What are the features that exist in the LegalOn web app, but do NOT exist in LegalOn Contract AI?
Below is a list of features that are either not included in LegalOn Contract AI today or need to be performed / viewed in the LegalOn web app:

- LegalOn Dashboard: view & open all agreements 
2. What are some known limitations of LegalOn Contract AI?
While using LegalOn Contract AI, users should understand there are a number of technical limitations:
- To ask LegalOn Assistant a question, users need to have first reviewed a document in the "Review" tab. 
 
- LegalOn Contract AI is unavailable for Word documents in .doc format.

- “Verify” alert summaries are not clickable and do not auto-scroll to a suggested location like in the LegalOn web app (see below for illustration).
