Awakening Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Below are the various ways in which subscriptions can be canceled.
Canceling subscriptions via a Student Account
Have your child log in to their Awakening account after 3 PM local time or on the weekends by going to https://awakening.legendsoflearning.com/play to access the Awakening Town.
Once logged in, you or your child can select the Settings icon on the toolbar at the top right of the screen.
From the Settings page, then click on the Manage Subscription option.
Next, in the window that appears, click the 'Deactivate' button.
Your child's subscription will remain active until the date indicated on the Adventure Pass. Your credit card will not be charged again at the end of the subscription.
Canceling subscriptions via the Parent Portal
For subscriptions purchased via the Parent Portal, you can use the Parent Portal to cancel the subscription.
To get started, log into your Parent account. Then click on the arrow located beside the child's name and select 'Edit Account'.
Under the student details, select the Manage Subscription button.
A new tab will open outlining the subscription details, from this page select the Cancel Plan button.
On the next page, confirm that you would like to cancel your current plan by selecting the Cancel Plan option.
After you have successfully canceled your child's subscription, you will be asked to leave feedback for the Legends team.
Your child's subscription will remain active until the end of the subscription period. However, your credit card will not be charged again at the end of the subscription.
Canceling subscriptions via Apple or Google Play Store
Google Play Store
If your subscription was purchased through the Google Play Store, you must cancel it directly through your Google Play account. Follow these steps:
Open the Google Play app on your device.
Tap your profile icon and select "Payments & subscriptions."
Choose "Subscriptions," locate your Awakening subscription, and select "Cancel subscription."

Apple App Store
If your subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store, you must cancel it directly through your Apple account. Follow these steps:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name, then select "Subscriptions."
Locate your Awakening subscription and tap "Cancel Subscription."

If you are unable to cancel your subscription through the self-service options, Legends of Learning support can assist you. Please email support@legendsoflearning.com and provide the following information to help locate your subscription:
The email address used for the subscription.
The last four digits of the payment card used.
The date of the last transaction.
Once your subscription is located, support will process the cancellation, and you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
