Legends of Learning offers premium features that are provided with paid subscriptions (Teacher Premium Accounts). We offer these subscriptions under annual terms that renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. The renewal date is at the end of the term purchased.

Renewals

Unless a Teacher Premium Account subscription is cancelled prior to the renewal date, Legends of Learning will charge you for the renewal of the subscription upon expiration of the initial term, using the same method of payment chosen at the time of the initial purchase.

The renewal will be for the same term and amount as the initial purchase. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. For annual subscriptions, you will be notified 30 days prior to the renewal.

Cancellations

To cancel your Teacher Premium Account:

You will retain premium access through the end date of your current subscription, indicated in the Billing section. Your credit card will not be charged again upon the end of your subscription.

Note: Refunds are not given for cancellations unless requested within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund within 30 days of purchase, email support@legendsoflearning.com

Refunds

If a refund is expressly requested by the owner of the subscription within the first 30 days of purchase, a full refund of fees will be granted.

Premium access will expire the business day that the refund is processed by Legends of Learning.

The refund will only be issued to the credit card used to make the initial purchase. Funds will return to the credit card within 7-10 business days.

If you choose to cancel your membership subscription without expressly requesting a refund from Legends of Learning by e-mail, a refund will not be granted. Requests for refunds should be sent to support@legendsoflearning.com.

After the first 30 days have elapsed, a refund will not be granted, nor will Legends of Learning offer a pro-rated refund.
