If you have broken a rule of the Evaluation, such as, you reached the drawdown threshold (max loss), you will forfeit your Evaluation.
You can easily purchase a Reset in the Dashboard at anytime. There is no penalty for resetting. Simply login to your client Dashboard and select the Failed Account that you wish to reset. Resets do not change your Renewal / Expiration date! Resets are non-refundable. Resetting the wrong account is not reversible.
