Traders can request payouts anytime during the month - there is no payout window!
For your 1st payout, you must have a total of 10 individual trading days, where actual trades were placed on those 10 days, before you can request the first payout. Each ongoing payout request requires a minimum of 10 trading days between payout requests, where trades were actually traded on ten individual, separate trading days. The 10 active trading days is from request to request (not based on request approval dates, when the funds were deducted from the account, or when payouts issued).
There is a minimum payout of $1,000 for any payouts requested during the first, second and third payout, with a minimum account balance threshold after payout. See maximum payouts below.
REQUIRED Minimum Balance To Request a Payout
To make a withdrawal request, your account must be at a required minimum balance to approve a payout and must be past the Trailing Drawdown level already. Ten trading days minimum are required between each withdrawal request.

The maximum withdraw each payout amount depends on the account size
$25k Account- $1,500 ($1,350 -> Trader $150 -> Legends 90/10 Split)
$50k Account- $2,000 ($1,800 -> Trader $200 -> Legends 90/10 Split)
$100k Account- $2,500 ($2,250 -> Trader $250 -> Legends 90/10 Split)
$150k Account- $2,750 ($2,475 -> Trader $275 -> Legends 90/10 Split)
