Leger Templates are a powerful way to save you time for admin and documentation work. You have the ability to customize how your note will be summarized (i.e. which sections it includes, tone of voice, verbosity, specialty-specific language, and more). You can choose from pre-built templates or create your own to fit your needs. See here for more about pre-built templates.
Note: You must have a Plus or Team plan to create a custom template. To upgrade plans please select the button in the bottom left of your dashboard:
Once you are on paid plan you will have access to Custom Templates. First select Manage Templates and a dialog will open.
Then, you can select "+New Template"
You have the ability to name your custom template, provide a description for to easily track later, and tailor specific sections which are used to summarize and format your final note. Each section allows you to communicate with the AI service directly, and as such, you can instruct it on how you would like to help you. It can use your instructions to summarize and extract information in specific ways.
