Update to Legiit’s Marketplace – February 12, 2025

To improve the experience for both freelancers and customers, we have refined the services displayed in Legiit’s marketplace.

Some services may no longer appear in categories, subcategories, or search results.

However, your service will always be visible on your Legiit profile through your direct profile link.

This change is based on feedback from customers who have shared one of their biggest challenges: having too many options and repetitive services, making it difficult to choose the right one.

Our goal is to connect customers with top talent and make it easier for businesses to find high-quality services that meet their needs. This is a key step in our mission to serve businesses worldwide.

If your service is no longer visible in the marketplace, it means it does not currently meet the set criteria for its category or subcategory.

Legiit Service Visibility Criteria

Each individual service listed must meet the following minimum criteria:

1. Minimum Orders in 90 Days

Your service must have received at least 1-5 orders in the past 90 days to remain visible. This will vary by subcategory based on data.

2. Minimum Average Rating

Your service should have at least a 4-star rating or higher. This ensures only high-quality services are shown.

3. Minimum Unique Customers

At least 1-5 unique customers must have purchased your service at any time. This will vary by subcategory based on data.

4. Active Days (Last Login)

You must have logged in within the past 90 days to keep your services visible. This makes sure our marketplace remains active and up-to-date.

5. Minimum On-Time Order %

Your service must have an on-time delivery rate of 80% or better. Consistently delivering on time helps maintain trust with customers.

6. Minimum Sales in 90 Days ($)

Your service must meet a minimum sales amount in the range of $6-$15 in the past 90 days. This varies by subcategory.

Subcategory-Specific Rules

Some subcategories require only 1 of the 6 criteria to be met, depending on marketplace data for that subcategory.

However, it's always best to aim for meeting all of these criteria to ensure maximum visibility for your service.

Below, we’ve provided steps you can take to improve your service’s visibility in the marketplace.

They include, but are not limited to:

1. Deliver orders on time and improve your on time delivery rating.

2. Promote yourselves to acquire more customers by sharing your profile link.

3. Upgrade to Legiit+... all Legiit+ members services are seen in the marketplace!

4. Purchase onsite advertising.

Your service will be seen in the marketplace during your ad run time!

5. Communicate promptly with your customers! Keep them in the loop with their order status.
