Consulting services are now live on Legiit, and in this article, we’ll show you how to set one up! 🔥

First go to Seller Tools > Services

Click on "Create New Service"

In the Overview Tab, make sure to tick the box "This is a consulting service", then fill out the remaining required fields:

Click "Save & Continue"

You can choose if you'd like to offer a 1 or 3 tier package.

❗ If you choose to offer a 3-tier package, you will need to create a separate booking link for each package.

Please complete the remaining required fields of your consulting service with the necessary details.

Add a thumbnail image and FAQs, then when you’re ready, click “Publish”

This will make your service go through admin's approval.

The standard process of approval can take up to 72 hours, but from our experience it is often much sooner.

Once a customer purchases your consulting service, they will receive your booking link so they can schedule a call with you.

*If you offer a 3-tier package, please make sure each package has the correct booking link. For example, a customer who purchases a 1-hour call should not receive a 30-minute booking link.

From there, the customer is responsible for booking the call, and both parties are responsible for attending the scheduled meeting.

Once a consulting service order is placed, it will be automatically delivered and marked as completed by the system.

The funds from the order will then be held in escrow for 5 days.

After the escrow period ends, the funds will be released to the freelancer’s Legiit Wallet and become available for withdrawal.
