1. How long does it take to get my seller profile approved?
Once you've completed your seller profile by adding a profile photo, bio, and withdrawal account, it will be submitted to our Customer Success team for review. Most profiles are approved within 24–48 hours (often sooner). After approval, you'll be able to publish your first service and start selling.
2. What is the Profile Strength Assessment?
The free Profile Strength Assessment, found under Account Settings → Profile Strength, provides personalized recommendations to help optimize your profile for better visibility and stand out to buyers. https://legiit.com/accountsetting/profile-strength
3. What are the profile requirements?
Before listing your first service, you must:
Upload a real photo of yourself or your business logo (AI-generated images are not allowed).
Add a bio of at least 100 characters describing who you are and what you offer.
4. How can I get more exposure for my services?
Take advantage of free promotional opportunities like Review Editions and by adding a coupon to the Deals Page, helping more buyers discover your services.
5. What is Legiit Monday?
Legiit Monday is a free weekly promotion that runs from Monday at 12:00 PM ET until Tuesday at 12:00 PM ET, giving sellers another opportunity to showcase their services to the community.
