You can easily see your followers and manage who you follow directly on your profile page.

Simply navigate to your profile, by clicking your profile image on the top right of your screen. Then on the top of your stat and info box, you can click the numbers under "followers" and under "following" to see who follows you and to unfollow anyone you're currently following.

To unfollow someone, simply click the purple "following" text under their username in the "my following" section of your profile.

Or you can visit that specific community member's profile page, and unfollow them directly from their profile.
