The Logo Search feature allows users to check the similarity between logos by uploading their desired logo for comparison. The system will analyze the uploaded logo and generate a report listing similar logos.
How It Works:
Access the Logo Search Feature:
Click on the IP INDIA Database toggle button.
From the dropdown, select Trademark Logo.
Upload the Logo:
Click on the Upload Logo option.
Select and upload the logo you want to compare.
Initiate the Search:
Click on the Search button.
The tool will process the uploaded logo and generate a list of similar logos.
Receive the Results:
A PDF report containing the list of similar logos will be generated.
The report will be sent to the user's registered email for review.
This feature helps users efficiently identify potential trademark conflicts by comparing visual similarities between logos.
