My Archive
The "My Archive" section is designed to store contracts that users have manually archived from the contract page. Additionally, contracts that have been terminated or amended are also found in this section.
This feature allows users to manage their archived contracts efficiently by viewing, restoring, or permanently deleting them as needed.
Here's how you can manage your archived contracts:
Accessing Your Archived Contracts
Navigate to My Archive:
Go to the "Resources" menu.
Select "My Archive" from the options.
View Archived Contracts:
A page will be displayed listing all archived contracts.
You can browse through this list to see all the contracts that have been archived, including those that are terminated or amended.
Filtering Archived Contracts:
Click on the "Filter" button to narrow down the list based on specific criteria. This helps you quickly find the contract you are looking for.
Restoring Archived Contracts:
To restore a contract, click on the desired contract from the list.
This will open the contract page.
In the "Template Details" section, click the "Restore" button.
The contract will be moved back to the Repository, making it active again.
By following these steps, you can effectively manage your archived contracts, ensuring that you can access, restore, or permanently delete them as needed. This feature provides a streamlined approach to maintaining your contract repository, making it easier to keep track of important documents and their statuses.
