Key Features and Functionality

Centralized Case Management: The "My Cases" section offers a unified storage system for both auto and manual cases. When you add a new case, it is automatically stored here, ensuring easy access and management. This centralization simplifies tracking important information related to your cases.

Tracking Case Progress: The "My Cases" section is equipped with tools to track the progress of each case. You can monitor:

  • Next Hearing Dates: Stay informed about upcoming court dates to ensure you are prepared.

  • Cause List: View the list of cases scheduled for hearing.

Storing Your Cases: Auto and Manual Options

You have two options to store your cases: Auto and Manual.

  • Auto: For cases available in court, the tool will provide automatic updates.

  • Manual: For cases not available online, such as labor cases, PLA cases, and FSSAI cases. You can also add cases where online court systems are not functioning properly.

Action Keys: Filter and Generate Report

The "My Cases" section includes two essential action keys - Filter and Generate Report designed to enhance your case management experience by providing efficient ways to sort and analyze your case data.

Filter

The Filter option enables you to narrow down the list of cases by applying specific criteria. You can filter cases based on factors such as case type, date range, court, or any other relevant parameter. This feature is particularly useful when dealing with a large number of cases and helps you quickly find the cases that matter most to you.

Generate Report

Generate a Management Information System (MIS) report based on your keywords. This report can be downloaded in Excel or PDF format and will be sent to your registered email address. Please note that the report is valid for 24 hours.
