Features of the Trademark Section
Identifying and Checking Marks
For Domestic Marks:
Click on the "INDIA" logo to view domestic trademarks.
For International Marks:
Click on the "Globe" logo to view international trademarks.
Track Trademarks
Click the "Track" tab to view and manage all the trademarks you monitor.
Protect Trademarks
Click the "Protect" tab to access your trademarks watchlist, allowing you to keep track of important trademarks.
Accessing Refined Views
Users can access refined views of trademarks by selecting the following tabs:
Self :
View trademarks that belong to your organization or law firm.
3rd Party:
View trademarks tracked by other organizations or law firms that do not match your proprietor name or agent code.
New found :
Find newly filed trademarks in IP India that need to be added to your tracking section.
Easily add trademarks from this section to your tracking section for monitoring purposes.
Trademark Stages
Check the status of your tracked trademarks by selecting the following stages:
All:
Includes all status categories.
In Process:
Includes statuses such as ABA/Readvertised, Accepted, Accepted & Advertised, Accepted/Readvertised, Advertised, Advertised before acceptance, Allowed, Appeal, Exam Report Issued, Formalities Check Fail, Formalities Check Pass, Forwarded to Government, Fresh After Payment, Marked for Exam, New Application, Rectification Filed, Resubmitted for Verification, Review, Sent Back to EDP, Sent for Publication, Sent to PRAS, Sent for Re-Advertisement, Sent to Vienna Codification, Sent Back to Examiner.
Opposed:
Trademarks that have been opposed.
Registered:
Trademarks that have been registered.
Upcoming Hearing:
Trademarks with scheduled hearings.

Filter Options
Refine your searches further by creating filters. Follow these steps:
Add Filters:
Click on the "Add Filters" button.
Set Conditions:
Use the dropdown menu to select specific conditions.
This feature enables users to tailor their searches based on precise criteria.
Managing Column Positions
Users can easily manage the positions of columns in the tool. Follow these steps:
Adjust Columns:
Click on the highlighted toggle button.
Adjust the size of fields as needed.
Add the column trademark listing page as per the user's requirement.
Additionally, users can generate a quick report by clicking on the "Generate Report" button. This allows for efficient customization and reporting based on user preferences.
