Overview

The Custom Report Template feature allows you to create and customize your own Management Information System (MIS) templates. This guide will help you understand how to select and unselect fields, apply filters, and set up recurring alerts for automated report generation.

How to Customize Your MIS Template

  • Login: Sign in to your account.

  • Navigate: Custom Report Template

  • Click the Custom Report Template

Selecting and Unselecting Fields

  • Field Selection: Choose the fields you want to include in your custom MIS report.

  • Select Fields: Click on the fields you want to include.

  • Unselect Fields: Click again on the fields you want to exclude from the report.

Specifying Filters

  • Apply Filters: Use the available filter options to customize the data in your report.

  • Status: Filter data based on the current status of the applications.

  • Application Date: Select a date range for the applications.

  • Agent: Filter data by the agent handling the application.

  • Proprietor: Choose to filter data by the proprietor's name.

  • Class: Filter based on the class of the application.

  • Entity: Select the entity type to filter the data.

Setting Up Recurring Alerts

  • Recurring Alerts: If you want to generate the report automatically, you can set up recurring alerts.

  • Enable Alerts: Use the toggle button to enable recurring alerts.

  • Set Frequency: Choose how often you want the report to be generated (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly).

  • Save Settings: Save your alert settings to ensure the reports are generated and sent automatically based on your preferences.
