Some good questions to ask before & during the call:
Tell me about your background and goals
Do you know what you’d like help with from a coach or are you still learning about coaching?
What are you hoping to achieve with coaching?
Sell yourself (briefly & sincerely)
How your background relates to their goals
Insight and value to build trust
Example clients like them that you’ve helped
Your typical process and recommended plan
Give the client clear next steps
Actions to take after the call to close the client:
“Recommend an offering”
Provide a discount code to get them over the line
Check in with them until they purchase
