Coach Slack Best Practices

Updated over 5 months ago

Our Slack workspace is designed to be a collaborative, supportive environment where coaches can stay informed on product updates, announcements, training opportunities, and ways to grow their practice. It is also a space to connect with fellow coaches, share insights, ask questions, and celebrate wins together. To ensure that the workspace remains easy to navigate and showcases our supportive community, we ask that you observe the following:

  • 💬 Use Slack Threads: To keep communication clear and helpful for everyone, please use threads when responding in channels.

  • 🆘 Submit Support Tickets: If you need direct assistance from the Leland Team, please submit a Support Ticket rather than posting in Slack—this helps us track requests and get back to you efficiently.

  • 🤝🏻Be Professional: We are committed to maintaining a positive and professional community. As such, conversations should remain constructive, respectful, and focused on learning. Criticism or negative commentary about other coaches, clients, or the Leland team is not permitted. Messages that violate this standard will be removed, and repeated offenses will result in removal from the workspace.

  • :leland-asset-4: Keep Topics Relevant: We ask that you avoid posting promotional materials and keep topics relevant to things that benefit the broader Leland coach community.

We appreciate your commitment in building our community, and are excited to see you celebrate your wins in #go-places 🎉.

If you need access to the coach Slack, please submit a support ticket by clicking the green circle in the bottom right hand corner.
