Submitting a ticket
Support tickets can be accessed by clicking the round magnifying glass icon located in the bottom right corner of this page.
To help us assist you as efficiently as possible, please complete the relevant form and include the email associated with your Leland account.
Checking ticket status
You'll receive updates via email and the pop-up messenger located in our Support Hub. To check the status of your ticket, please navigate to the Support Hub and click the round magnifying glass icon.
You should now see a section for Tickets.
Locate your support ticket and scroll down until you see "Continue the conversation."
Upon clicking the button, you'll be directed to the support thread.
