Submitting a ticket
Support tickets can be accessed by clicking the round magnifying glass icon located in the bottom right corner of this page.
To help us assist you as efficiently as possible, please complete the relevant form.
Checking ticket status
To check the status of your ticket, please navigate to the help center and click the round magnifying glass icon.
You should now see a section for Tickets.
Locate your support ticket and scroll down until you see "Continue the conversation."
Upon clicking the button, you'll be directed to the support thread.
