One-on-One Coaching Refund Policy

All non-subscription one-on-one coaching services, including individual sessions and coaching packages, are eligible for a refund only within 14 days of the original purchase date.

14-Day Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. Approved refunds may be issued either:

  • To the original payment method, or

  • As Leland coaching credit that can be applied to any service on the platform.

If a customer completes a session or fully completes a coaching package, they are not eligible for a refund, even if the request is made within the 14-day window.

After 14 Days

Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after the original purchase date are not eligible for a refund or coaching credit.

Partially Used Services

If any portion of a package has been used within the 14-day refund window, refunds will be prorated based on the coach’s publicly listed hourly rate at the time of purchase, not the discounted package rate.

Additional Terms

  • Refunds must be requested through Leland’s official support ticket system.

  • Split-payment fees are non-refundable.

  • Refund eligibility is determined strictly by the original purchase date, not the first session date.

  • Leland reserves the right to review refund requests in cases of documented service failure or policy violations.
