All non-subscription one-on-one coaching services, including individual sessions and coaching packages, are eligible for a refund only within 14 days of the original purchase date.
14-Day Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. Approved refunds may be issued either:
To the original payment method, or
As Leland coaching credit that can be applied to any service on the platform.
If a customer completes a session or fully completes a coaching package, they are not eligible for a refund, even if the request is made within the 14-day window.
After 14 Days
Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after the original purchase date are not eligible for a refund or coaching credit.
Partially Used Services
If any portion of a package has been used within the 14-day refund window, refunds will be prorated based on the coach’s publicly listed hourly rate at the time of purchase, not the discounted package rate.
Additional Terms
Refunds must be requested through Leland’s official support ticket system.
Split-payment fees are non-refundable.
Refund eligibility is determined strictly by the original purchase date, not the first session date.
Leland reserves the right to review refund requests in cases of documented service failure or policy violations.
