Notification of Submitted App
The submit process is configured to deliver an email notification of a broker submission to your nominated email address. You will most likely receive two separate email notifications for a broker submission:
1.Email notification of the application data submission
2.Email notification of the supporting documents submission
Application Data Submission.
The first email notification you will receive for a broker submission is one notifying you of a successful loan application submission. The email notification will look something like this:
The content of the email will include:
-Unique Loanapp reference number for the submitted application
-Application name
-Broker name, email and ID (eg accreditation number)
Login to Loanapp to download submission data
When you receive this notification, you will be able to login to Loanapp to download the submitted application.
The URL to go to is https://app.loanapp.com.au
Your user name will be your email address
Your password will be set by you when you initially login.
(when you first login it’s a good idea to bookmark the Loanapp url and credentials)
Navigate to the submitted app
When you login to loanapp, you will be able to find the submitted app under “Received Apps”
The most recent submissions will be at the top, so most likely the submission you are looking for is the top one – but if you need to, you can search by copying the unique APP-ID from the notification email and using the search functionality:
Click the magnifying search button. The system will find the application with this unique reference for you:
Activating Loanapp functionality for the application
When you have found your application, select it by clicking once on the application.
You will note when you highlight the application, all the buttons get activated in the ribbon across the top of the page:
Download Files
To recap, when you have received your email notification,
-Login to loanapp
-Go to received apps
-Find your submitted app in the list or search, and highlight
-Click on download files.
When you click on download files, a new window will be launched, and you will be presented with a number of different items to download:
When you get your first notification, you will be interested in downloading the Print Forms for the application. This will give you the information you need to be able to begin entering the application into your internal systems and reviewing the application data.
You may also want to download the Checklist, Serviceability and Summary files, as these give you a good summary of the application. Click these items, and then click Download:
When the download is complete, you can open and/or save the files:
Supporting documents Submission
Note that when the broker submits their application, they may then immediately upload their supporting documents, or take a day or two to do so.
When they have completed the supporting docs process and uploaded all the required documents, they will ‘submit documents to lender’, which will trigger another email notification to you. This email notification will look similar to the first, noting it is a supporting docs notification:
When you receive this email follow the same steps as before:
-Login to loanapp
-Go to received apps
-Find your submitted app in the list or search, and highlight
(Note that your application will now have 100% in the checklist column):
-Click on download files.
This time, when you click download files, you should select “Attached Documents” to download all the supporting docs:
The supporting docs zip file
The zip file that you download will include all of the d.socs the broke has uploaded to support the application. You will be able to open and/or save each of these supporting documents to finalise the processing of the loan submission:
Checklist report.xlsx
You will note part of the download is an excel checklist. This can be useful as it lists all the required documents, and notes which of the s.docs was uploaded against each of those requirements.
