When you have setup a new Lender account, you will land on the dashboard page when you login. There are a few initial setup items you need to work through before you can start creating the Lenders' products data. Follow the steps below

  1. Finalise the Lender's profile.

Navigate to Organisation - Entities:

You will be presented with the profile of the Lender you have setup. Note that the Lender is the Channel Owner:

It is in this section that you finalise the profile of the Lender, and also add any other parties related to the Lender's account (eg Aggregators, Brokers, Lender staff, etc). For now, just finalise the lender's profile. Work through the profile adding in relevant information. Make sure in particular the Entity Type is Lender:

2. Finalise the details of the Account Profile.

Next you will need to go to Account, Profile and select Profile:

Finalise any details you can on the Organisation Details (they will be the same as the previous section), and then go to Data Access and Security:

Open the section and complete the following details

Available Data = Product, Serviceability & Policy:

You will then need to add a collection. Click the + button to add:

Give your collection a title, and press save.

Note - depending on the Lender and if they have different products sets, you might set up one for Third Party Mortgages, or just Residential Mortgages if the same products are sold through all distribution channels. It is important to remember that subscribers will subscribe to particular Collections.

Next tick the following boxes, and set a name to publish the data under (default is to use the Lender name):

Next, set the data services that will be made available via subscription for this lender. For now, select Product:

3. Upload Logo for the Account

Next you will want to upload a logo for the Lender to brand the Account.

Go to the Brand Images section, and in the dropdown select Application Page.

Upload a logo for the lender, and click Yes on the Save Brand Image popup:

Upload a logo for the lender, and click Yes on the Save Brand Image popup.

Next you can upload a logo for email header communications. In the dropdown, select Email Header, and then upload logo:

And lastly, do the same for Email Footer:

You will note that the Account is now completely branded for the lender (at the top of the page).

Finally, make sure you SAVE the entire profile page (at the top):

You are now all set to start working on Products.
