CHNL - change the status on your application

You can use CHNL Application Management to update status or ownership of an application as it moves through assessment

Setting the status of the application

As you work through the assessment of the application, you are able to set the status of the application by clicking the 3 dots on the application grid:

This allows you to set the status from a list of lender statuses, and also the opportunity to 'keep the application' or re-allocate to another person (which may be useful if the new status requires you to allocate the application to someone else):

Once set, the new sub-status can be viewed on an application by checking the "Show Sub-Status" checkbox:

Brokers can see the status

The really great thing about this functionality is that if the broker logs in to view the application via CHNL - they too will understand what the status of the application is. Here, Barry Broker is logged in and can only see his deals. He can see that Lisa is currently working on his deal - and the current sub-status:
