TAMA and Info Request has the convenience of allowing for login via your social credentials - but you might not have any; or might want to set a password anyway. This article takes you through the process of setting a password.

When you receive an email invite to login to an Info Request:

When you 'click here' you are taken to the login screen:

You can click on any of the "continue with" buttons to login with your social login credentials.

OR you can set a password.

To set a password, click "set or recover password":

You will need to add your email address, and the click "reset password":

An email will be sent to that address - click on reset password in the body of that email:

Enter your new password, and click Reset Password

You will then be directed back to the login screen - to enter your email and new password to view the secure site.

You will be able to use these credentials to log back into TAMA at any time by going to the URL https://secure.simpology.com.au
