Visibility, access and usage of each menu and functionality in CHNL is able to controlled via the Role Based Permissions in the Account section.
(access to this section is controlled via permissions at the top-most layer. You must have administrator access to be able to edit permissions in your CHNL).
This article describes the 'default' setup for permissions to manage visibility and access to different functions across different roles in your organisation.
Default roles are Administrator, Broker, Team Lead, Credit Assessor.
Note: You can create a new Role type with admin access, by clicking the + sign on Permission Group:
Default Settings for Administrator Role
The administrator Permission Group is the highest permission group with the most access - ie this party will be allowed to edit permissions across other groups.
Application Management
Sets rules on ability to access/view/edit/manage Applications, which is found in the Solutions Menu, Application Processing:
Broker Management
Sets rules on ability to access/view/edit/manage broker profiles and sections. Broker/people is found in the Organisation Menu:
Consumer
Consumer must be enabled for any party using Info Requests:
Dashboard
Sets rules on ability to be able to view and/or participate in the Dashboard, which is found in the Home Menu section:
Decision Support
Sets rules on ability to be able to access and/or use Decision Support functionality, which is found in Solutions, Application Processing:
Menu Access
Sets rules on access to the different menus/functions
Organisation
Sets rules on ability to access/view/edit the different layers of the Organisation menu item (which manages staff, brokers, partners, etc):

Default Settings for Broker Role
The Broker Permission Group is set for your broker partners - and therefore is given less access than the above Admin group. Ensure you have selected Broker in the Permission Group dropdown before configuring:
Application Management
Sets rules on ability to access/view/edit/manage Applications, which is found in the Solutions Menu, Application Processing. Brokers need to be able to access their own applications only.
Broker Management
Sets rules on ability to access/view/edit/manage broker profiles and sections. Broker/people is found in the Organisation Menu. Brokers need to be able to manage their own profile only.
Consumer
