How to reset a Broker's password

Sometimes, brokers have difficulty resetting their password via the 'reset password' function in Loanapp. Here's how to do it for them.

You will need to have "lender-level' credentials to reset a broker's password.

Login to Loanapp, go to Brokers, and use the search function to find your broker:

When you find your broker, double click on their entry to open their profile:

When you have opened the profile, go to account:

In account, click Change Password:

Reset the password, ensuring you have at least 1 character, 1 capital and 1 number. Click Submit:

You will have successfully changed the brokers password:

You will need to send the broker a message with the new password.

The broker is able to change the password once they are logged back in, by going to their profile, account themselves and following the same steps.
