Loan Applications can be allocated to users by clicking the 3 dots and then selecting Set Status.
You can now change the status.
Note: There is a security setting to determine if the Show All checkbox is enabled. The Show All checkbox allows users who don't have permissions, to still set a specific status and allocated the app to someone else with the right permissions.
You can then allocate the Loan Application to a user.
If no users are displaying in the drop down, this is due to them not having an allocated Application Role. To assign an Application Role to each user, navigate to the user by going to 1) Organisation; and 2) Users.
Select or search and select the user you wish to assign the Role to.
Scroll to and expand the 1) Roles and Permission Section, then choose an Application Role.
Note: Application Roles are not to be confused with Permission Groups which defines User Roles for role based security (permission & access).
Select a Role from the drop down.
Then press save at the top of the page to confirm the user's Application Role.
You will now be able to select a user from the Allocate drop down.
