While you are working on finalising your Supporting Docs checklist in TAMA, you might need to source further documents from the broker or even customers. You can do this quickly and easily from the Supporting Documents screens.

When you need to make an Info Request - click the Info Request button:

This will open the Info Request panel:

Add the details of the request you want to make.

You can add a document category - and you will note when you use the dropdown in "send request to" it will list everyone who is a 'participant' to the loan application:

(You need to add someone as a participant to the application in order to send them info requests. To find out how to add participants to an application, click here).

When you click Send Request, the info request panel will close and you will be taken back to the Supporting Docs screens, with notification your request has been sent.

You can navigate to Info Requests for this application at any time to check on responses. You will also get a notification when something is returned to you:

Click on the notification bell to see any replies you have to your requests:

Click on the reply you'd like to view, and you'll be taken to the Info Requests for this application:

Click on the reply, and you'll be able to review the info/documents that have been returned to you:

You can then "action" the info request to finalise it. Note that if you select "Accept response, send doc to supporting docs":

It will in fact send to your supporting docs bucket to then use in your s.docs checklist:
