For each supporting document you receive, you will need to review the document to 1) make sure it is acceptable and 2) make sure it supports the application data.

To ensure your credit assessment team are reviewing supporting documents in the same way, you are able to configure 'verification logic' on each type of supporting document. When reviewing a particular document, your credit assessor then needs to tick off each of these items and/or make comment as to why they cannot.

To create verification logic to each of the possible documents to be included in your checklist, go to Account/Application Templates/Document Checklists

In Document Checklist, select the "Supporting Docs Library Template" in the dropdown:

This is the complete supporting docs template used to ensure the Loanapp - TAMA supporting docs linkage works. It will most likely include many more documents than you require.

Setting your verification logic

What you can do is review the list, and on those documents that you include in your checklists - you can add verification logic on them to be checked by your assessors in Decision Support.

On the document in question, click the checklist icon on the right hand side:

A popup will appear where you can set the validation logic for that document:

You can add any number of checklist items to be checked on this document. Once you've finished adding the items, click set:

(You can edit, add, delete by re-clicking on the View Verification Checklist button at any time.)

These items will then need to be ticked off by your credit assessors as they review this type of document:

Work through the whole standard checklist adding verification logic as you please.
