How to set-up a new Info Request Template

To set-up a new Info Request template you will need to complete the following steps:

Navigate to Info request templates from the account menu

Click the " + Add" button to create a new template

A blank template will open.

Enter the Title and Template usage description, then click Save.

You can now add the Info request items to the template by clicking "+ Add".

You will then need to add the

  1. Request Title

  2. Type of request

  3. Who you want to request the info from

  4. Request instructions; and

  5. How the info should be categorised

While working on the request, press the "Preview request" toggle to see the request.

You can then add instructions to the Info request. Instructions can be typed each time, or you can set a standard set by clicking the "+" button.

Once you add the details, click the small save icon.

The instructions can now be selected from the Standard instructions drop down.

The instructions are then added to the item.

Save the item.

Then save the info request.

Go to Type templates and click "+ Add" to create a new one.

Name it accordingly and link the Info request template you have just created.

Save the Type template.

The new Info request template can now be selected on a Loan application.
