To toggle consent on/off for first time users of Info Requests:
Click on Account; then
Profile
Scroll and expand the 'Data access and security' section
Check the 'Enforce consent' checkbox to toggle consent requests on, or un-check it to turn them off
Save the changes
Once consent is turned on, users will be asked to consent before using Info Request for the first time.
After signing into Info Request as a user:
On a mobile device the user will see the following and need to scroll to check the consent box
On a desktop device
