Branding within Tama utlises a hierarchical structure whereby, when a notification or Info Request is sent, the solution:
First uses the branding set for the user/person
If no branding is set set for the user, their entity/company branding is used
If no branding is set for the entity/company, the channel owner's branding is used
1. Set branding for a Person
Branding options for a person include:
Email header - The uploaded image will be used in email alerts where a brand image is required in the email header
Email footer - The uploaded image will be used in email alerts where a brand image is required in the email footer
Info request - The uploaded image will be used for all info requests sent by the specific user within the channel
To add or update images:
Navigate to the user for whom you want to update
Expand the 'Preferences and emergency contact' section
Choose the logo you wish to update
Click on the blank or existing image to upload
Make sure to save the page when you're done
2. Set branding for an Entity
Branding options for an entity include:
Email header - The uploaded image will be used in email alerts where a brand image is required in the email header
Email footer - The uploaded image will be used in email alerts where a brand image is required in the email footer
Info request - The uploaded image will be used for all info requests sent by the specific user within the channel
To add or update images:
Navigate to the user for whom you want to update
Expand the 'Preferences and emergency contact' section
Choose the logo you wish to update
Click on the blank or existing image to upload
Make sure to save the page when you're done
3. Set branding for the Channel Owner
Branding options for a channel owner include:
Security functions - Sets the brand image for all log-in screens
Application page - Sets the brand image seen at the top of all screens after logging in to Tama
Email header - The uploaded image will be used in email alerts where a brand image is required in the email header
Email footer - The uploaded image will be used in email alerts where a brand image is required in the email footer
Info request - Currently not is use
To add or update images:
Navigate to the Account; then
Profile
Expand the Brand Images section
Choose the image type you want to upload from the drop down
Click on the brand image or upload area to upload an image
Make sure to save the page when you're done
