Before an app is ready for assessment

Applications currently being worked on by Mortgage Managers in Origin's Loanapp Guidebook, will appear in the Application Selector and can be selected. When selected, they will show an 'Open - Application started' status and no Action process or items will be visibile.

When an app is ready for assessment

When an application and its supporting documents are submitted to Origin by a Mortgage Manager the:

  1. App's status will become 'Assessment - Application Submitted

  2. First Action process and items will be visible and auto-allocated to a user

Completing Action processes and items

See detailed information about an Action process

To view more information on an Action process, click the 3 dots and then "Show detail".

Once the process is open, all the items within that process are visible and we are able to see:

  1. Which items are mandatory and their status

  2. Attributes of the process, inclduing:

    1. The target completion date for the entire process

    2. The initial status that triggers the process

    3. The conditions required to pass or fail the process

    4. What happens when the process is passed or fail

See detailed information about an Action item

Click on a individual Action item to see more detailed information about it, including:

  1. The task title, type and priority

  2. Instructions on the task to be completed

  3. Who the item is nominated to for completion

  4. The task's due date

Completing an Action item

When completing the task, a comment can be added and documents can be uploaded to the application for review in Supporting documents.

If a task needs to be carried out within Loan applications, Info request, Supporting docs or Decision support, click on the "Go to action page" button to be taken directly there.

When all necessary actions are complete, the Action item can be completed by:

  1. Changing the Pass/Fail toggle to pass

  2. Clicking "Complete"

A confirmation pop-up will appear.

When confirmed the Action item will be marked as complete.
