Create users within your channel and within an entity

You can create, manage and assign users within your channel to specific entities.

  1. Navigate to Organisation, then Entities

  2. Find the entity you want to review, or add new users to by searching or clicking the left/right arrows.
    If the entity hasn't been created, please see Creating New Entities.

  3. Scroll to Users for this Entity (From here you can review existing users)

  4. Click on Add to add a new users

  5. Fill in all mandatory information for the new user denoted by an asterisk (*) and click save
    ​Note: Permissions Groups & Application Role will need to be complete.

    The user should now be setup and ready to access the channel. By default, the user will receive a registration/welcome email, but it's possible for this alert to be disabled in your channel. Please refer to the Alerts Help Centre for further guidance.
