Overview
There are two ways a broker can submit their application:
Directly to the lender through Loanapp. or;
Through their Aggregator software
In this article, we will go through each of those points separately and show the difference between them and how that can affect lender visibility of applications.
Applications submitted directly to the Lender:
When applications are directly being submitted to you, it is possible to review your pipeline in Loanapp. You do not have the same visibility on Broker Applications coming through an Aggregator software.
As soon as a Broker creates a new application, you have visibility of it under the Broker Apps tab. Please refer to this article if you require further information on this.
Applications submitted through the Aggregator software
You are limited to what you can see when applications come through the Aggregator software. For instance, you cannot monitor the broker pipeline as mentioned above.
The only time and place to view application is only once they've been submitted to you and have landed in Received Apps. Learn more about how to manage these application here.
