Every broker submitting applications directly to you through Loanapp, has the ability to make copies of their application themselves. Those who submit through the Aggregator Software may not have this functionality.

Should you ever get sought for guidance on how a broker can copy an 'In Progress' or 'Submitted' application, here's what to explain to them.

1. Copying an application 'In Progress' (not yet submitted)

To Copy an application that is currently being worked on, the broker needs to ensure that the application is closed first. They will then need to:

 - Click on the My Apps tab,

 - Ensure they are on the 'In Progress' applications,

 - Select the application that they wish to copy,

 - Click Create Copy.

They will be asked to give their new application a name, choose the document type and then click Create Copy.

2. Copying an application they have already 'Submitted'

 - Click on the My Apps tab.

 - Ensure they are on the 'Submitted' applications

 - Select the application that they wish to copy.

 - Click Create Copy.

They will be asked to give their new application a name, choose the document type and then click Create Copy.

Voila! They now have a replica of their original application without having to re-enter all the data.
