You may want to stop a broker from using Loanapp for various reasons. The process of deactivating their account is easy and will be show in a few steps below. Should you wish to completely delete a broker who currently has pending applications, then please contact us.

Go to the Brokers tab in Loanapp and search for that specific broker's name in the search box.

Click once on that specific user until you notice that that row has been highlighted in Grey - notice the Status says Active. Click Deactivate.

Once you click Deactivate, a pop-up window is triggered confirming if you're sure about deactivating this user's account. It will also advise you that 'Inactive users can no longer login to their accounts to create or submit applications.' If you're sure you want to go ahead with this, then click Deactivate and you will notice the Status will reflect Inactive.
