How to use Searching Criteria
Go to the 'Invest' tab and click on ‘Sourcing Alerts’ under the Property Sourcing section.
2. Scroll down to notifications and select all notification checkboxes you wish to receive alerts for.
3. Scroll down to search criteria and click on the orange ‘add criteria’ button.
4. Put in any specific details for new property listings you want to receive alerts about.
Ex. Address, Radius, Price Range, Property Type, Number of Bedrooms
5. Then Click save on the details you select/ enter
6. Once finished you will receive alerts by email
Expert Tip: Once finished adding criteria you can press the grey ‘marker or trash can’ button to edit or delete what you saved.
