Add and Edit a Portfolio Owner

Adding and editing a portfolio owner is key for centralized oversight of multiple properties. All owners can track performance, manage finances, and oversee operations, streamlining communication and decision-making across the entire portfolio.

How to Add and Edit a Portfolio Owner

  1. Click the orange profile icon on the top right corner of the screen then click on ‘Portfolio Owners’ under your profile information.

2. Click the orange ‘Add Owner’ button on the left side of the screen.

3. Fill in all the necessary information about the new owner:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Email

  • Date of Birth

  • Gender

  • Phone Number

  • Landlord Registration Number

  • Registration Expiry Date

  • Employment Status

  • Annual income

  • Income tax band

  • Are you a residential home owner?

  • Annual pension

  • Address

  • Postcode

  • Date moved in

  • Date moved out

4. Once complete, click the blue ‘Save’ button on the top right.

5. Once you’ve added owners you can edit their information by selecting the owner you wish to edit and clicking the blue ‘Edit’ button.

6. Adjust the information you want to change then click the blue ‘Save’ button.

Second option is to edit the ownership through the “My Portfolio" section:

  1. Go into management, click on ‘My Portfolio’ which is under data management.

2. Find the property you wish to add an owner to then select the blue pencil to edit.

3. Under the General Info tab scroll down to the Ownership section.

4. Click the white ‘Add Owner’ button.

5. Select either an owner from the dropdown list or select ‘Create New Owner’.

  • If you select ‘Create New Owner’ enter their name and click the blue ‘Create’ button.

6. Add the percentage of ownership each owner has in the property
