How to View Live Mortgage Products

With Lendlord's Live Products you can view in real time all of the products lenders offer and determine based on your portfolio information whether you meet the lenders criteria.

How to view live mortgage products:

  1. Go to the Finance tab and click on Live Products.
    ​

  2. Select the property ownership type, the applicants (from the portfolio owners) and the application type.

  3. Fill in the information about the property you are intending to purchase, then click Search Mortgages.
    ​

  4. In the results you are able to view the available lenders and the lenders you do not meet the criteria for.
    ​

  5. You can filter based on the lender, product type, and the initial period.
    ​

  6. If you want to compare between multiple products, click on the compare tab, and select the lenders you are interested in to highlight them.
    ​
