LenGrowth has two separate places where notification settings are managed.

When to use this

LenGrowth has two separate places where notification settings are managed.

The first is the personal settings page at https://lengrowth.com/settings. That page controls execution alerts for your own account, including in-app execution alerts, execution emails, reminder emails, and the Mute all execution alerts switch.

The second is the company settings page at https://lengrowth.com/settings/company. On that page, the Notifications tab controls workspace email preferences such as invite emails, approval emails, mention emails, task emails, and digest frequency.

This split matters because the two pages do different jobs. Personal settings control how LenGrowth notifies you about workflow activity tied to your account. Company settings control how workspace-level email preferences are stored and applied for the selected company.

Use the personal settings page when you want to:

  1. Turn workflow alerts on or off for your own account.

  2. Pause both in-app and email execution alerts at once.

  3. Keep reminder emails while adjusting the rest of your workflow alerts.

  4. Update the name and LinkedIn profile connected to your account at the same time.

Use the company settings notifications tab when you want to:

  1. Control invite, approval, mention, and task email preferences for the workspace.

  2. Change the digest frequency for workspace emails.

  3. Review which notification switches are stored for the current company context.

Step-by-step

For personal notification settings:

  1. Go to the Execution Alerts card.

  2. Turn on or off Mute all execution alerts if you want to pause workflow notifications across in-app and email.

  3. Adjust In-app execution alerts if you want alerts to appear inside LenGrowth.

  4. Adjust Execution emails if you want email notifications for assigned, started, delivered, completed, or monitoring updates.

  5. Adjust Reminder emails if you want follow-up emails for blocked tasks at 24 hours, 72 hours, and 7 days.

  6. Click Save settings.

For company notification settings:

  1. Select the Notifications tab.

  2. Review the Email preferences card.

  3. Turn invite emails, approval emails, mention emails, and task emails on or off as needed.

  4. Choose a digest frequency from Instant, Daily, Weekly, or None.

  5. Click Save preferences.

  6. Use Reload if you want to refresh the current settings from the server without changing the form.

The personal page saves all four execution settings together. The company settings page saves all workspace email preferences together.

After you save the personal settings page, LenGrowth calls the user profile update flow and shows a success toast if the save completes. The settings are stored on your account, so the same user will see the same notification preferences on future visits.

After you save company notification preferences, the app stores those changes for the selected company context and updates the notification summary on the right side of the page. That summary shows whether invite, approval, mention, and task notifications are on or off, along with the chosen digest schedule.

The company settings page also notes that these preferences are stored per user and reused by invites, approvals, mentions, and task updates. That means the same notification profile is applied across the workspace features that use email delivery.

The personal execution alert section is especially useful if you want to reduce noise without turning off everything. For example, you can keep reminder emails on while muting the in-app stream, or keep the in-app stream on while cutting email traffic. The page makes that tradeoff visible with one toggle for Mute all execution alerts and separate toggles for the alert channels that remain available when mute-all is off.

Common problems

If In-app execution alerts or Execution emails are greyed out on the personal settings page, check whether Mute all execution alerts is turned on. The current UI disables the other two execution switches while the mute-all option is active.

If the company settings page does not show the Notifications tab, make sure you have selected a company first. The company settings route uses the selected company in your workspace context.

If the company settings page tells you that you do not have permission to manage the company, your role can view the company but cannot edit the workspace profile or some team settings. The page shows a permission-denied state instead of a blank screen.

If you save settings but do not see the change right away, use the page reload controls or open the page again. Both settings pages load their current values from the live profile or preference record.

If you expected a single notification center, that is not how the product is organized today. Workflow alerts live in personal settings, and workspace email preferences live in company settings.
