When to use this

The profile page is a personal account page. The page heading is Profile, and the supporting copy says View your account details and update your password. That is a good summary of what belongs here.

The page is organized into three practical areas:

  1. Account Overview

  2. Platform Experience

  3. Password

You will also see a Settings button near the top that takes you back to https://lengrowth.com/settings. That is useful if you opened the profile page from a deeper account flow and want to return to the main settings hub.

Use the profile page when you need to:

  • Change the name shown on your account

  • Add or remove a profile picture

  • Review the email address tied to your account

  • Update your password

  • Change the level of explanation LenGrowth uses across the product

  • Sign out from this device

If you need to change workspace-level fields, members, or company notifications, use https://lengrowth.com/settings/company instead. If you need to manage billing, use https://lengrowth.com/subscription. If you need enterprise identity settings, use https://lengrowth.com/settings/sso or https://lengrowth.com/settings/scim.

Step-by-step

  1. Wait for the profile card to load.

  2. Read the name, email, and role shown in Account Overview.

  3. Confirm that the avatar and initials match the account you expected.

The profile page shows the current account user, including the display name, email address, and role badge. If you see the wrong account here, stop and check that you are signed into the correct user before making changes.

The avatar at the top of the Account Overview card is clickable.

  1. Click the avatar or photo area.

  2. Choose an image file from your device.

  3. Wait for the upload to finish.

  4. Confirm that the new photo appears on the page.

LenGrowth allows image uploads up to 5 MB on this page. If the file is larger than that, the page shows Image size should be less than 5MB and keeps the current avatar in place.

If the upload succeeds, the page shows a success toast and updates the avatar immediately. If there is no photo yet, the page uses your initials as a fallback.

You can also remove the photo later:

  1. Open the page again.

  2. Find the Remove photo button under the avatar.

  3. Click it.

  4. Wait for the success message and confirm that the initials fallback returns.

The Account Overview card shows the basics that LenGrowth already knows about your account.

  1. Read your display name.

  2. Check the role badge.

  3. Confirm the email address.

  4. Review any LinkedIn profile URL that has already been saved.

  5. Scroll to the User ID and Account Created fields if you need a record-level reference.

If a LinkedIn profile is not present, the page says No LinkedIn profile added. That is normal. It simply means the field is empty.

The User ID is a reference value for the account record. The page also shows the account creation date when it is available. Those fields are mostly for verification, not for day-to-day editing.

LenGrowth includes a Platform Experience section with a Technical Literacy selector. This setting changes how the product explains complex terms in the interface.

  1. Find the Technical Literacy dropdown.

  2. Choose one of the available options: - Beginner (Simple explanations) - Intermediate (Standard growth context) - Expert (Technical & quantitative details)

  3. Wait for the save toast.

  4. Refresh if you want to see the changed language right away.

This setting is helpful when you want LenGrowth to be more explicit or more concise. It does not change your underlying account permissions or workspace data. It only affects how the product phrases definitions and explanations.

The page note says this adjusts the Intelligent Jargon Buster definitions shown throughout the platform. That is the right way to think about it: the setting changes language, not access.

The password form is in the Password card.

  1. Enter a new password in New Password.

  2. Re-enter the same password in Confirm New Password.

  3. Make sure both values match.

  4. Confirm the password is at least 8 characters long.

  5. Click Change Password.

The page enforces the matching and length checks before it submits. If the two fields do not match, or if the password is too short, the page shows an error and does not send the update.

After the password change succeeds, the page clears both password fields and shows a success toast.

If you need to end the current session on this device:

  1. Scroll to the Need to end this session? section.

  2. Click Sign Out.

  3. Confirm the sign-out in the dialog.

The dialog makes it clear that signing out only ends the session on this device. It does not delete your account or your data.

After you save changes on the profile page, LenGrowth updates your personal account record. You should expect:

  • A new profile photo to appear immediately after upload

  • A success toast when the password or literacy level changes

  • The account overview to reflect your current name and links

  • The language across the product to use the selected explanation level

If you open the settings hub later, your updated profile should still be available from the account data LenGrowth loads for the signed-in user.

The most common cause is a file that is larger than 5 MB. Try a smaller image file and upload again.

The page saves the preference, but some text changes only become obvious after a refresh or after moving to a different page.

That simply means the field is empty. Add the profile URL on the settings side if you want it to be visible elsewhere in the product.

Common problems

Make sure you entered the same password in both fields and that the change actually completed. If you use another sign-in method, confirm you are logging in with the same account.
