Subscription and billing

The Subscription page at https://lengrowth.com/subscription is where you review the plan connected to your account, check whether paid access is active, compare the available plans, and start the checkout flow for a different billing option.

When to use this

The Subscription page at https://lengrowth.com/subscription is where you review the plan connected to your account, check whether paid access is active, compare the available plans, and start the checkout flow for a different billing option.

The page is built around the live subscription record that LenGrowth loads for your account and the current set of plans returned by the app. It does not act as a generic billing FAQ. Instead, it shows your current subscription status, the current billing period, the end date for the current period, the number of user seats, the number of company profiles, the number of specialist seats, and the reconciliation status when that information is available.

The page also includes a short "How it works" section that explains the support boundary for the product. That section is important because it clarifies that the service is not just a payment screen. It is also where LenGrowth describes the support model attached to the plan ladder. The page compares the available plans, the seat limits, and the support boundary in one place.

Use this page when you need to:

  1. Check whether you are on the free plan or a paid plan.

  2. Review a billing cycle before starting checkout.

  3. Compare monthly and yearly billing for a selected plan.

  4. Recover from an incomplete checkout or a billing issue.

  5. Confirm whether the current subscription is active, trialing, past due, unpaid, canceled, or still waiting for payment confirmation.

If you are trying to change profile details, team settings, or notifications, this is not the right page. Those controls live in https://lengrowth.com/settings and https://lengrowth.com/settings/company.

Step-by-step

  1. Review the status card near the top of the page.

  2. If no paid plan is active, read the note that says you are currently on the free plan.

  3. If a paid plan is active, review the billing period, current period end date, seat totals, company profile totals, specialist seat totals, and reconciliation status.

  4. In the plan area, switch between Monthly and Yearly billing if you want to compare pricing periods.

  5. Select the plan card you want to review.

  6. Look at the selected plan summary at the bottom of the plan list to confirm the plan name, the billing interval, and the total price.

  7. Use the action button at the bottom right to continue.

The button label changes based on the current state:

  1. Continue to Checkout means you are starting a new checkout for the selected plan.

  2. Continue Checkout means there is already an incomplete checkout that can be resumed.

  3. Review Checkout means the selected plan matches your current plan and you are reviewing the existing checkout state.

The page will also stop you if the selected billing option is not available for checkout. In that case, the page shows an error instead of starting the flow.

After you click the action button, LenGrowth creates or updates the subscription record. If the checkout still needs payment confirmation, the app takes you to the dedicated checkout flow. If the subscription update can be completed without a new payment step, the page reloads the subscription snapshot so the plan card and status text stay in sync with the live record.

Once the subscription is active, trialing, or updated, the status card on this page should reflect the current state again. The page is designed to show the live record rather than a cached summary, so a successful checkout should be visible the next time the page refreshes.

The plan comparison table at the bottom is useful after checkout as well. It lists the available plan ladder and the support model for each plan. That makes it easier to check what changed before you move on to company setup or team work.

Common problems

If the page says No paid plan is active, that means the account is currently on the free plan. You can still use the page to review the available plans and start checkout.

If the page says Checkout still needs confirmation, the subscription record exists but the first payment has not been confirmed yet. That usually means you need to continue the checkout flow or wait for payment confirmation to finish.

If the page says Payment needs attention, the billing system returned a payment problem such as a past due or unpaid invoice. The page keeps the failure reason visible when one is available.

If the page says Previous checkout expired, the unfinished checkout is no longer usable. Start the checkout flow again from the subscription page.

If the page says Paid access is not active, the current subscription is no longer entitled. You will need to start a new checkout to restore paid access.

If the selected plan cannot be checked out, the page shows a clear error instead of moving forward. This usually means the current plan data does not include a usable checkout price for the selected billing interval.

If you click a plan and the button still says Review Checkout, that is not a failure. It means the selected plan matches the current plan and the page is asking you to review the existing checkout state instead of creating a brand new one.
