Refunds
LenGrowth offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for paid subscription plans. If the product is not the right fit, you can request a refund during the first 7 days of your subscription. After that window, refunds are reviewed case by case.
When to use this
Use this article if you want to ask for a refund for a paid LenGrowth subscription.
This article is for subscription refunds only. It is not for general billing questions, plan comparisons, or checkout issues. If you want to review your current plan first, the subscription page is at https://lengrowth.com/subscription. If you want to compare plans, the pricing page is at https://lengrowth.com/pricing.
Before you request a refund
Please check these points first:
Your refund request is within 7 days of your initial subscription or upgrade.
You are asking about a paid subscription plan.
You know which plan you purchased.
You can explain why the plan is not the right fit.
If you are on a Growth OS plan and specialist tasks have been used, refunds are not available for that case.
How to request a refund
Send an email to hello@lengrowth.com.
Use a subject line that clearly says you are requesting a refund.
Include the email address on the account.
Include the plan name.
Include the date you subscribed or upgraded.
Explain the reason for the refund request.
Please keep the message short and clear. The support team needs enough detail to identify the account and review the request without going back and forth for basic information.
What to include in the email
Your email should include:
The account email address
The plan name
The purchase date
A short reason for the request
Any relevant checkout or billing details if something went wrong during payment
If you upgraded recently, mention whether the request is for the original subscription or the upgrade.
What happens next
After you send the request, the team reviews it and replies by email. If the refund is approved, the payment is handled back through the original payment method when possible.
If the request is outside the 7-day window, the team may still review it, but approval is not guaranteed. The final decision depends on the situation and the plan activity on the account.
Common questions
Can I get a refund if I changed my mind?
Yes, if the request is still within the first 7 days and the plan has not moved outside the refund window.
Can I get a refund for a Growth OS plan?
Not if specialist tasks have been used on that plan.
Do I need to cancel first?
No. You can request the refund directly by email. If you also want to stop future billing, mention that in the same email or cancel from your account settings.
What if I am not sure which plan I bought?
Check your subscription page at https://lengrowth.com/subscription before emailing support.
