If you want to stop your LenGrowth subscription, you can request cancellation through your account settings or by contacting the Help Center. After cancellation, paid access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

Use this article if you want to end a paid subscription and stop future renewals.

Before you cancel

Please check these points first:

  1. Open your subscription page and confirm which plan is active.

  2. Check the current period end date.

  3. Decide whether you want to cancel now or simply stop the next renewal.

  4. Make sure you know the account email address that should be used for the request.

If you are on a Growth OS plan and specialist tasks have been used, that does not change the cancellation flow, but it does affect refund eligibility.

How to cancel

  1. Review your active plan and current billing period.

  2. If your account settings or billing screen shows a cancellation control, use that option.

  3. If you do not see a cancellation control, send a clear request to hello@lengrowth.com.

  4. Include the email address on the account.

  5. Include the plan name.

  6. State that you want the subscription canceled.

  7. Say whether you want cancellation at the end of the current billing cycle or as soon as possible.

Keep the message short and direct so the team can identify the subscription and process the request without back and forth.

What happens next

When a cancellation is accepted, LenGrowth keeps the subscription active until the end of the billing cycle already paid for. After that, the paid plan should stop renewing.

If you cancel and later decide to return, you can start a new subscription from the subscription page.

Your email should include:

  • The account email address

  • The plan name

  • The request to cancel the subscription

  • The preferred timing, if you have one

If you are canceling because something is not working, it helps to mention the issue briefly. That gives the support team context and may prevent unnecessary follow-up questions.

Can I keep using LenGrowth after I cancel?

Yes, until the end of the current billing cycle.

Do I need to ask for a refund at the same time?

Only if you want a refund. Cancellation and refunds are different requests.

Will my paid plan stop immediately?

Not usually. The subscription remains active until the end of the billing cycle you already paid for.
