In the main menu, use the dashboard to get an overview of changes in your patient plan and an overview of deployed medical devices.


Patients on alert

Quickly view the number and percentage distribution of patients by alert level.

Patients on monitoring (Last 24h)

See the total number of patients you are following and the number for whom data is being recorded using medical devices in the last 24 hours.

Alerts - Devices

Choose to see the last week, month or year in graph form. This graph represents the number of alerts received during this period by severity level.

Alerts - Forms

In the same way as the Device Alerts, choose to see the last week, month or year as a graph. This graph represents, during this period, the amount of alerts by severity level triggered by the data received from your sent questionnaires.

Distribution of deployed devices

See how many medical devices of each kind are used throughout your institution.

Patients to prioritize

Quickly see which patients need your attention and why, based on their alert levels and types. If a team member has already taken charge of an alert, you will see the related details right next to it.

The patients to prioritize are found in the same window as Recent Patients, by clicking on the desired icon (circled in green). If you click on a subject's line, you can also directly access their personal file.

Recent patients

Each user can access the list of the last patients for whom they have recently consulted their file. This information is available in the same window as the patients to be prioritized, by clicking on the desired icon (circled in purple).

N.B.

Concerning the title of the first column, Consultation date : This is not a medical consultation, but the date the record was accessed by the user.

Other notes :

  • The most recently viewed subject will appear at the top of the list, and subsequent subjects in reverse chronological order.

  • If a subject in the recent list is viewed again within 5 minutes of the first viewing, it will retain its place in the list. If viewed after a delay of more than 5 minutes, it will return to the top of the list as the most recently viewed.

  • If you click on a subject's line, you can also directly access their personal file.
