In the main configuration menu you will find pages for managing users and the types of roles they can occupy, with their particular permissions.

Users

Add a user

Click "Add" to create a new user profile.

Edit or delete a user's profile

In the last column named "Action" you can make changes to your users' profiles.

Distinctions to make (once in user profile)

  • User type (in red) : mainly concerns automated protocols to determine the participation and notifications for certain groups and individuals.

  • Job title (in purple) : the position held in your organization

  • Role (in green) : the set of access and usage permissions for the platform (see next section)

Roles

You can manage the roles and permissions of LeoMed users, such as administrators, employees, customers, and various external stakeholders.

Manage the permissions and nomenclature of a role

You can enable or disable the permissions granted to different existing roles by clicking:

  1. "Roles" in the "Configuration" menu

  2. "Edit" on the role in question

  3. The complete section or specific sub-sections

In the same way, you can change the nomenclature related to the roles you use at any time. If you work in more than one language, change the language to bring changes to the role in that language too.

Create a new role

If you need to assign a user a role that does not already exist, you can create a new one, with its specific permissions.
