My bet in casino/slots has been settled incorrectly. What should I do in this case?

Bets in Slots and Live Casino sections are settled automatically on the provider’s side. In each casino or slot game there are rules, that you can read carefully before the play.

Just find special icon "I" or "?" and click on it.

Then you'll see all the rules of a game you've chosen.

If you believe your bet has been settled incorrectly, please contact our customer support, specifying the game name, the stake, and the exact time in UTC, as well as a screenshot of the bet from the bet history in the game (if it's possible).

For bet details, visit "My Account", click "Transaction History" and select "Casino".
