Invite Team Members to Your Lessn Account

Lessn allows you to invite team members to your account so they can help manage bills, payments, and business settings. Adding users ensures the right people have access to financial data and payment workflows without sharing login credentials.

Invite a Team Member

Go to Businesses.

Select the business you want to invite a user to and click Manage.

Navigate to the User Management tab and click Invite User.

Enter the first name, last name, email, and role of the team member and click Invite.

Once invited, the user will receive an email with instructions to join your Lessn account.

Managing Team Access

Inviting team members ensures that multiple people can handle payments and financial tasks without using a shared login. You can manage user permissions and remove access at any time through the User Management tab.
