Titling Your Lessons

When you create a new lesson, Lessonly will prompt you to give it a title and description. This step is optional. If you choose to skip it, the lesson will appear on your Content page as an untitled lesson.

We recommend that you name even rough drafts and works in progress, however. That way you won't have to click into umpteen untitled lessons to find the one you want.

When you're ready to settle on a title, make it descriptive; include germane keywords. This will help you find lessons when searching your content library, and it will make your content compelling to learners.

How to Change a Lesson Title

The lesson title is located at the top of the lesson builder, followed by the section title.

These are text fields; click either one to make changes. Lessonly will automatically save your work.

After you've decided on a new title, be sure to Publish your lesson. This will propagate the new title throughout your Lessonly tenant.
